Neil joined Woodbourne in 2017 where he leads the construction team and oversees the firm’s construction projects. Prior to joining Woodbourne, Neil was Senior Project Manager at Concord Adex Developments where he managed residential high-rise developments, comprising over $1.2 billion in aggregate actual and forecast cost. Neil has over 30 years of construction management experience and began his career working for HR Construction Management Ltd., Shiu Pong Developments Ltd, and Dias Management Services Ltd.

Neil has BTech in Civil Engineering from the Ryerson Polytechnical Institute.
