Litho

Litho is a nine-storey mixed-use residential rental development project that added 210 purpose-built rental units across 150,000 leasable space to the Seaton Village neighbourhood of Toronto. Litho offers approximately 10,000 of combined indoor and outdoor amenity space, over 200 bicycle spaces, and 175 parking stalls.

The retail tenants are Farm Boy, a local high-end boutique grocery store, and LCBO, the retailer of wine, beer, and spirits of Ontario.
